OUR PICKUP POLICY

How It Works

At AZ Shoe Lab, we offer a convenient pick-up service for your shoe cleaning needs. To ensure a smooth process, we have implemented the following pick-up policy:

Pick-up Schedule:

a. Tuesday Pick-ups: Shoes collected on Tuesdays will generally be delivered back to you on Friday.

b. Friday Pick-ups: Shoes collected on Fridays will generally be delivered back to you on the following Tuesday.

Scheduling a Pick-up:

a. When placing your order, please select the pickup date and time that best suits your schedule. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation of the pickup.

b. We recommend scheduling your pick-up at least one day in advance to ensure availability.

Shoe Preparation:

a. Prior to the scheduled pick-up, please ensure that your shoes are ready for cleaning. Remove any personal items or accessories from the shoes.

b. It is also helpful if you provide any specific instructions or information regarding your shoes' cleaning requirements or any particular stains or issues that need attention.

Pick-up Process:

a. On the agreed-upon pick-up day (Tuesday or Friday), our designated representative will visit your specified location to collect the shoes.

b. If you are unavailable at the time of pickup, you may leave your shoes on the front porch for pickup. We will snap a photo upon our arrival and send you a text to let you know the shoes have been picked up. 

c. If we are unable to locate the shoes for pickup, we will attempt to contact you two times.  If you cannot be reached, we will leave, no refund will be given, and a $15 service fee to cover transportation costs will be charged. 

Delivery Timeframe:

a. We strive to complete the shoe cleaning process promptly to ensure timely delivery.

b. While we make every effort to adhere to the stated delivery schedule, please note that there may be unforeseen circumstances or high demand periods that could potentially affect delivery times.

Communication and Updates:

a. Throughout the process, we will maintain open communication with you, providing updates on the status of your shoes and any relevant information.

b. In the event of any unexpected delays or changes to the delivery timeframe, we will notify you promptly.

Secure Handling of Shoes:

We take great care in handling and transporting your shoes. Our representatives are trained to handle shoes with utmost professionalism and maintain their security during transportation.

Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to make changes to your pick-up schedule or cancel a scheduled pick-up, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance, whenever possible.

Liability:

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of your shoes during the pick-up and delivery process, AZ Shoe Lab cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen incidents, loss, or damages that may occur.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with our shoe cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shoes. We will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns or issues you may have.

Eligibility for Refunds:

a. Damaged Shoes: If your shoes are damaged during the cleaning process due to our negligence, we will offer a full refund or provide a replacement pair of equal value.

b. Unresolved Stains or Issues: If we are unable to remove specific stains or address certain issues as promised during the initial consultation, we will offer a partial refund or re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.

c. Unsatisfactory Results: If you are unsatisfied with the overall results of our shoe cleaning service, and we are unable to rectify the situation, we will offer a partial refund based on the extent of the issue.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team by phone or email, providing details of the issue and your order information. We may request photographs or additional information to assess the situation. Once we have reviewed your request, we will respond within three business days to discuss the appropriate resolution.

Refund Options:

Monetary Refund: We will process the refund using the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Promotional Discounts: If you received a promotional discount or used a coupon code, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the discounted price.

Prior Damage:

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your shoes. Our shoe cleaning service is designed to enhance the appearance and condition of your shoes but does not cover damage that was present before the cleaning process.

Fair Usage:

We reserve the right to decline a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy. We also reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time without prior notice.
